External Publicly funded research rates to access CMCA facilities:

These rates reflect the CMCA's commitment to the Australian Microscopy and Microanalysis Research Facility (AMMRF)

As of 1 July publicly funded researchers have the same pricing arrangements at all AMMRF nodes for instrument rates.

1. $44 per hour for flagship instruments (at CMCA our flagship instruments are the NanoSIMS and soon to be purchased Cameca 1280 ion probe, known as the SIMS Facility). Note projects from the onset should be discussed with Dr Matt Kilburn, BEFORE seeking research funding.

2. $99 per hour for all non-flagship instruments which form part of the National Facility (at CMCA all major instruments ie SEM, TEM, Confocal)

All prices include GST.
