FACSCantoIIThe FACSCanto II is a bench top flow cytometer located at the QEII facility. It has 2 laser lines (488nm blue and 633nm red) and 6 colour detectors. The instrument is fitted with a High Throughput Sampler (HTS) which is able to take 96-well plates. The instrument can be booked via the online booking system and you will need to arrange training with Kathy or Tracey. Detectors and filter configuration:

FACSVantage Cell SorterThe FACS Vantage is a cell sorter able to collect 2 populations simultaneously. It has three laser lines (488 nm blue, 351nm UV and 647 nm red) and 5 fluorescence parameters. This instrument is operated by Kathy and Tracey, please contact them for further information.

FACSCalibur SBBCSA FACSCalibur bench top flow cytometer is located in Room 3.36 of the the Molecular and Chemical Sciences (MCS) building in the School of Biomedical, Biomolecular and Chemical Sciences (SBBSC) on the Crawley campus.
