CMCA User Registration
Through this page you can register to become a CMCA User and gain access to the facilities and instrumentation at both Crawley and QEII sites.
Registration fees and charges apply and vary depending upon your status and needs. For UWA, Edith Cowan and Murdoch researchers and students, a schedule of costs can be found here. For all others, contact the CMCA office to find out what access arrangements are best for you.
To register to become a CMCA User, all applicants must:- Complete the on-line form (Part A) by clicking here.
- Download and read a copy of our Safety Handbook (or obtain a hard copy by phoning the CMCA office):

- Download the written form (Part B):

PART B - UWA STAFF & STUDENTS: |
PART B - ALL OTHERS (NON-UWA)  : | |

- Complete Part B and sign where necessary.
- All Users, except Curtin
University applicants
(see below), should send or fax Part B to the
CMCA office (CMCA, M010; Fax: 6488 1087).
- You will be notified of your registration status within 10
working days
Curtin University
Users:
- In addition to Part A and Part B, Curtin University Users
must also complete a CMCA Application Form (Part C):

Curtin University Users should then submit Part B and Part C of their registration to Professor Arie van Riessen, Applied Physics, Curtin University for approval.
