- External publicly-funded users As a flagship instrument of the Australian Microscopy & Microanalysis Research Facility (AMMRF), the hourly rate to all Australian publicly-funded researchers is $40, with access awarded on the basis of scientific merit according to the criteria supplied in the AMMRF funding agreement (AMMRF Access Policy at a Glance (PDF 72KB).
|
International publicly-funded users International
publicly-funded researchers will be charged at the AMMRF rate ($40 per
hour), but must also pay GST and the University infrastructure charge. The operator charges will be waived provided that the research is conducted in full collaboration with CMCA staff.
Industry users Industry
users and non-publicly-funded researchers will be charged at $270 per
hour plus operator time - $100 per hour. University infrastructure
charges and GST will be added to the invoiced amount.
Time allocation Time will be allocated on the basis of a 7.5-hour day, and in blocks of 37.5 hours (i.e. one week).
